At 72CARBON.com we offer no-hassle returns for 60 days from the date the tracking number shows it was delivered.
If you purchase something from us and simply change your mind on it, we will accept a return with no questions! Just pay return shipping.
If you would like to exchange your item for something else, that is not a problem, either! Just pay for return shipping and shipping for the new item to you. That’s it.
What we need to process a return:
– The return needs to be started within 60 days of the order being delivered.
– The original purchase receipt or invoice for the return needs to be sent or uploaded through our returns form.
– If the reason for return is anything other than defective, buyer is responsible for shipping to us (and back if an exchange is processed).
If the item is defective, 72CARBON.com will cover shipping costs associated with either returning the defective item or getting the customer a replacement.

Once a team member reviews the return, someone from 72CARBON.com will get back to you within 48 business hours (typically it’s 1-2 hours) with further instructions or details on the return or exchange request.
